Ian Shovlin - Head of Head Injury UK
Ian is Head of the Head Injury UK team and specialises in high value complex cases and all types of head injury claims. He is member of the Headway Head Injury Solicitors Directory 2011 and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Ian was H.M. Deputy Coroner for Hereford and Worcester North (1990-1997) and Chairman of the Motor Accident Solicitors' Society (2002-2004). He is currently vice-president of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society and a trustee of Headway Black Country, a charity for people with acquired brain injuries.

Andy is a Partner in the Head Injury UK team, he has over 10 years' experience of dealing with personal injury claims and specialises in high value complex cases including industrial disease, head injury and fatal accidents. Andy was a member of the management committee of the Occupational and Environmental Disease Association from 2005 to 2007 and has been a Regional Chairman for the Midlands region of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society since 2006. He is also a member of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society.
Clare Langford - Brain Injury Solicitor, Head Injury UK
Clare is an associate in the Head Injury UK team, she specialises in clinical negligence and head injury claims. Clare is one of a limited number of solicitors on the specialist Law Society Clinical Negligence panel. She regularly handles a large case load of clinical negligence claims of over £1,000,000 quantum. Clare is also a Council member for the Birmingham Medico Legal Society.
