"On Friday, 7th August 2009, I was knocked off my bicycle by a passing car. I was taken to Cheltenham General Hospital where it was found that I had a fractured skull, 5 fractured ribs and associated serious cuts and bruises to my body. I remained in hospital for several weeks and was eventually transferred to Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham. Upon recommendation we instructed Andy on the10th August 2011. From that date onwards my wife and I were totally supported by Andy Shaw who remained in almost daily contact via e-mail and telephone.
